Once archived, you can safely delete the original account without losing any data.
Emails are transferred directly from the source account to our temporary staging server before being delivered to the designated archive account—all within Google’s data centers. We do not store, back up, or retain any copies of your emails. Once the process is complete, all temporary data is erased, ensuring your information remains private and under your control.
