Hoii ensures your data remains secure throughout the archiving process.

Emails are transferred directly from the source account to our temporary staging server before being delivered to the designated archive account—all within Google’s data centers. We do not store, back up, or retain any copies of your emails. Once the process is complete, all temporary data is erased, ensuring your information remains private and under your control. To further strengthen our security commitments, we will soon be pursuing a SOC 2 audit report, demonstrating our dedication to industry-leading security, availability, and privacy standards.
